Braven

Registration for the 2024 Braven Summit is open now! Braven works to empower underrepresented young people across the country in their college journeys, and help them secure a strong start to their careers. The Braven Summit builds on that mission by bringing together hundreds of professionals from across sectors who are also committed to uplifting young leaders and interested in learning about the intersection of higher education and employment. Educators for Excellence

Educators for Excellence supports teachers in their career journeys, helping them expand their leadership and professional development, while advocating for nationwide policies that enable educators to do their best work. This month, they released their annual educator survey results – Voices from the Classroom 2024: A Survey of America’s Educators. The results show that educators believe students are struggling academically, a desire for more collaboration between teachers and unions, an interest in better science-based curricular methods, and more. Springboard Collaborative

As students continue to grapple with learning loss caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, summer is a critical window for students to continue engaging and building skills. Springboard Collaborative works with school districts across the country to launch and scale reading programs while supporting educators, families, and students. In order to help education leaders continue to encourage student reading over the summer, Springboard Collaborative has shared their Summer 2024 eBook, with insights on engaging families, motivating students, and supporting reading. 

UpTogether

UpTogether uplifts under-resourced communities through direct investment and advocating for policy change. They have released their 2023 Impact Report, highlighting their over two decades of investment and work to uplift communities across the country. In 2023, UpTogether invested $18 million to support more than 26,000 individuals and families across the country – giving them the capital and choice that they need in order to build their lives and communities.
