The Social Enterprise Alliance (SEA) is a leading voice among the social enterprise community, serving as an advocate and organizer of the emerging social enterprise sector. SEA has a base of more than 1000 members, primarily leaders of nonprofits as well as grantmakers, consultants, and social entrepreneurs, from more than 600 social enterprises across North America.
SEA’s primary services include:
- Hosting the Social Enterprise Summit: The Summit is an annual three-day conference attracting more than 600 enterprising leaders and supporters from across North America and beyond. The conference is currently in its ninth year.
- Providing Tools and Resources: As a leading association, SEA provides its members with current information, tools, and other resources that address the unique needs of social enterprises, including a speaker directory, a consultant directory, funding databases, business planning software for social enterprise, case studies, and discounts on training and materials.
