America’s Youth Teenage Unemployment Reduction Network (MY TURN) helps 14- to 21-year-old in- and out-of-school youth overcome obstacles to further their education and obtain career-ladder jobs. In communities across New England, MY TURN works with individual participants to create tailored plans to identify and develop the skills, goals, and self-confidence needed to transition successfully into post-secondary education or training and the world of work. In collaboration with local employers, educational institutions, community agencies, and families, MY TURN has guided more than 20,000 youth to successful postsecondary transitions.
